I’m so excited to offer another Reiki Level 1 class for those who feel called to begin (or deepen) their healing journey. This class is perfect for anyone who is curious about energy healing, looking to connect more deeply with themselves, or wanting to learn how to support others through Reiki.

During this class, we will go over the basics and history of Reiki, helping you truly understand where this beautiful healing practice comes from and how it works. I’ll guide you through how to feel and work with energy, how to use Reiki on yourself, and how to begin offering it to others in a safe and grounded way.

You will receive a Reiki Level 1 attunement, which is a powerful energetic experience that opens you up to channel Reiki energy. This is often a very personal and transformative moment, and I create a comfortable, supportive space for you to fully receive it. Each student will also receive a binder filled with my personal notes, guidance, and important information, so you have something to take home and continue learning from. At the end of the class, you will be given a certificate of completion, officially recognizing your Reiki Level 1 training.
