You guys are always asking when I am going to be teaching another class so…… HERE WE GO! I am so grateful to be doing this at the Creative Hope Academy of Dance owned By Casey. Casey is someone that was my neighbor when I was little. She always watched me dance and therefore she started dance. She told me, you never know how your words can have an impact on someone’s life. I am so proud of her and all her accomplishments.

I have been dancing since I was 2 years old. After I had my kids, I took a break, and it came back to me. I found Vivant which is owned by Andrea and it has opened so many doors for people and myself. She brings in professionals to teach us classes as herself who was a patriot’s cheerleader. Dancing is so much more then what some people think it is.

It is an amazing way to express yourself and not care what anyone thinks. You are releasing. You are creating friendships. You are falling in love with yourself. You are building that confidence and it is opening new doors for you.

I love teaching adults to show no matter how old you are, you can do it! You do not need to be the best dancer in the world. Just have fun!
