This dance will be beginner hip hop for woman only. You do not have to have experience of dance to take this class. It is about building confidence and having fun. I have seen so many different ages take this class and seen so many friendships be built from this. We are taking everything that is bothering us in the world and expressing through dance. The more you do it, you will be surprised of what you are capable of. I have seen woman flourish from not dancing at all and feeling like they have no rhythm to now being amazing at it. Dance is about being the best dancer. Let’s heal through dance!

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water. All classes are at The Body Shop in Dighton Ma which is only 15 minutes from my stores. It is on a main road that connects from East Providence to Seekonk to Rehoboth to Dighton. It is very connected. It is $34 for the class. I cannot wait to see you all.
